Hi! Thanks for visiting our blog. My husband is about to graduate from LECOM so we have lived here the past 4 years. When we moved to Erie, our main goal was to find something in a safe neighborhood and also where we could start a family. We found just what we were looking for and have wonderful neighbors! We are getting ready to move for his residency and will be out the first week in June. The total size is 924 square feet and it is 14 X 70. It is a 2005 model in excellent condition, very clean. We are asking $32,900,but all offers will be considered. We will be moving out around June 10th, so it will be available soon. You will see that this will allow you to pay much less than you ever would per month for a 1 bedroom apartment. Very cheap utilities, even in winter. We pay school and local taxes, which add about $25 per month to your note. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer are included. We have a good sized yard and a nice patio for grilling and relaxing. You will see our storage shed, which is great for storing bicycles, tools, etc. We have a nice flowerbed, but I will not take pictures of that until the Spring when all the flowers bloom! Other items will be for sale or could be included with the home as we will be moving across the country.

It is a great place to take walks in the Summer and there is even a little pond for fishing. It is directly across the street from Robison Elementary School and is in the Fort Lebouf School District. It is also located directly off of Peach Street, which gives you wonderful access to shopping, dining and local attractions, literally within minutes! The interstate is also minutes away, which is great for commuters.
